News from the homestead
We closed on our house a couple of weeks ago! Our lovely friends helped us move in the big furniture last weekend and we’ve been here for a week now. We haven’t been able to do a whole lot here, because we’re still getting out of the old place, madly cleaning and dragging miscellaneous things home with us.
There’s a lot to be done in this place. The kitchen needs to be totally redone, and there’s paneling in the hallway and wallpaper in the bathroom that needs to come down. But this is probably the project we’ll get started on first:
Lots and lots of weeds. Eeeep! But we have big plans for it, which I’ll be posting about here as we go along.
