I think it was after the desert isle volleyball head stranded one maybe. Then he started doing the action flicks, like Gone in Sixty Seconds, and treasure thing. Is that how it went?
Castaway was Tom Hanks. Nic Cage was in some movie called Face Off (?) years and years ago. Maybe that started it?
Perhaps, perhaps. All I know is, Bruce is my action hero. When Bruce shows up on the scene, you know all is going to be right in the world. Nic Cage? Meh!
(That said, I do love Cage in Raising Arizona.)
Raising Arizona! CLASSIC!! Have you seen Con Air? Entertaining movie, but Cage does the worst southern accent ever (with the possible exception of any accent done by Keanu Reeves). How is that possible after nailing it in Raising Arizona?!
